The short version: if something you bought here is broken, wrong or never arrives, I will make it right. Here is how.
Digital downloads
- Your download link is in your order email and under Your orders in your account.
- Because files can not be returned, digital sales are normally final.
- If a file will not open, is damaged, or is not what the product page described, send me a note within 30 days. I will fix it, send a working file, or refund you.
- Bought the same thing twice by mistake? Tell me and I will refund the extra one.
Shirts, hoodies and other gear
- Gear is printed on demand when you order, then shipped to you. Printing usually takes a few business days before it ships.
- If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is the wrong item, contact me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I will send a replacement or refund you.
- Because each item is made for you, I can not take returns for size or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
- Lost package? Contact me and I will work it out with the printer and carrier.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. I never see or store your card number.

Changes
If these terms change, the new version applies to orders made after the change. Your order follows the terms from the day you bought it.
